Quality Supervisor
质量主管

Scope of position / Responsibilities 职责描述

1. Puchase,calibrate,maintain the analysis equipments; Write,modify,update the analysis methods, specifications, equipment SOP.
选购，定期校准，日常维护实验室的检测设备；编写，修改，更新分析方法，检测标准，仪器操作手册；

2. Run routine quality analysis for raw material,semi- and final products by the methods, ensure the result can meet the company's quality standards;
根据检测方法对原料，中间产品和成品进行检验，确保符合质量标准。

3. Regular analysis and evaluate the test data.
定期对分析结果进行数据分析和质量评估。

4. Set up, complete, maintain the quality management system ; Write, modify, update the QMS documents and records ; Resposible for internal audit, management preview, third part audit of Quality Part.
建立，完善，维护质量管理体系；编写，修改，更新质量体系文件和相关记录；负责公司质量方面的内部评审，管理评审，第三方评审。

5. Training,supervise,evaluate the quality inspector for quality skill.
培训，指导，考核公司质量检验人员的质量技能。

6. Assist for supplier audit, customer audit, customer complain.
协助其他部门做好供应商评审，客户评审，顾客投诉。

7. Communicate with the relevant departments in head office and other branch.
与总部及其他分公司的相关部门进行联系。


Requirements 资质要求

- Bachelor degree or above in Chemistry Major;
本科及以上学历，化学专业。

- Above 5 years experience within quality field, at least 3 years within quality management;
至少5年以上相关工作经验，至少3年以上质量管理工作经验。

- English level is above 4, fluent English both written & speaking;
英语四级以上，书写、口语流利。

- Be familiar with Quality Management system, Eg: ISO9001;
深入了解质量管理体系的相关知识，如：ISO9001。

- Multinational US based company experience preferred;
有跨国公司或外资企业从业经验优先考虑。

- Have the excellent studying, analyzing, understanding and coordinating abilities. Have a good team spirit and collaboration capacity, good communication and customer service mindset.
有较强的学习、分析、理解、沟通和协调能, 具有良好的团队协作精神、良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
