岗位描述
1. 管理培训销售团队。
2. 为学员详尽、系统地根据学员需求介绍课程，制定学习计划，并促成报名；
3. 对已咨询但尚未签约的潜在学员，保持沟通、服务；
4. 维护已报名学员，实时关注学习状态，并配合班主任完成续单；
5. 带领团队完成月度、年度销售目标。

岗位要求
- 普通话标准、流利，口齿清晰，语言表达能力佳，善于沟通。
- 态度亲切、工作热忱，领悟力强
- 熟练Microsoft Office基本操作
- 有相关销售工作经验者优先考虑
- 开朗、诚信、积极，能承受工作压力

福利待遇：
6000元底薪+绩效奖金+季度奖金+加班补贴+每日伙食补贴
