职位描述：
1.负责华东地区/全国的包装用材料的业务开发和销售，产品包括阻隔性尼龙，共聚尼龙，专用母料等。

2.建立内外工作和销售网络,对包装客户的销售团队提供良好的支持。在区域内建立起销售网络并开发寻找新的业务机会。

3.区域营销,在所负责区域内将市场策略转化为实际的销售。管理每个销售人员的项目计划。从市场接触中获得销售机会并跟踪项目的进展。运用团队合作精神来贯彻实施销售目标以最终满足客户的需求。

学历和经验要求
学历背景：高分子材料与工程相关专业，本科以上学历。

工作经验要求：
1、包装行业领域的实际商业和技术经验。

2、不少于3年的阻隔性包装行业的市场经验。项目管理经验。

3、1-2年多领域/ 核心客户开发和维护经验。2-3年技术性销售经验。

Job Description:

1.Responsible for Packaging material business development in East China/ whole China, products including barrier PA, Co-PA, master batches, etc.

2.Establish external and internal network, Support sales team in packaging customers by providing in depth knowledge of the segment. Develop a network within the area to identify and exploit new business opportunities.

3.Field marketing,Translate strategy into sales activities within the area.Manage and develop personal project list. Follow up on sales leads created from marketing Communications.
Collaborate effectively with site functions and country sales to fulfill customer needs.

Report to:Company GM & Supplier

Required Education and Business Experience
Education Background: Bachelor degree in Polymer/ Polymer Engineering, MSC is preferred.

Business experience:
1.Knowledge of the Packaging industry gained on practical level in commercial or technical role.

2.Market and product knowledge; min 3 years in business development / sales in Barrier Packaging Industry.Project management of technical projects.

3.Working with multi-region / key accounts 1 to 2 years. Technical sales 2-3 years ideally multi-regionaccount management.
