主要职责 :

？ 销售助理 :

ü 协助销售部门准备报价;

ü 销售文件的存档和销售数据/报告的更新

ü 准备小册子,宣传画册和其他市场宣传工具

ü 准备研讨会信息,组织和准备各种展会.

ü 负责安排国内订单的出货

ü 准备出口报关资料，联系货代等。

要求：

１． 大学本科毕业

２． 英语听说读写流利

Main Responsibilities :

？ Sales assistant :

ü To assist to prepare quotation

ü To compile sales files and update sales data/report;

ü To prepare, translate, and finalize brochures, posters, and other sales and marketing tools;

ü To update industry seminar information, and support to organize and prepare for the events;

ü Be responsible for arranging delivery of internal order in ERP

ü To prepare for export documents and arrange picking-up

Requirements：

１． College graduate

２． Be fluent in English speaking and writing
