职位描述
一 岗位职责：
1、来客接待，负责接听及转接来电，公司快件及传真的收发及传递；
2、办公物品及设备的采购、保管、发放，办公设备的日常保养与故障维修；
3、负责各类费用的整理,报销流程的处理及相关酒店,车船票的预订工作；
4、公司自有网站的日常协调管理工作；
5、归档各类文件档案资料，重要的原件交总办公室保存；
6、协助组织公司活动；
7、其他工作，完成上级领导交办的其它工作任务。
二 任职资格：
1、大专以上学历；
2、有相关工作经验，会英语的优先；
3、熟练使用办公软件、办公自动化设备；
4、工作效率高，责任心强，具有团队精神。
