We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual who is enthusiastic and eager to learn to join our team as Junior Administrator Assistant.

Key responsabilities:
handling incoming calls
sorting and distributing incoming post and sending outgoing post
ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies
liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation
checking the documents related to the deliveries of goods
assisting his/her direct superiors with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, internet research tasks and relation with Chinese suppliers.

Skills and attributes:
-Good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office
-Good communication & organisational skills
-Attention to details & ability to priortise workload
-Good level of English both written and spoken
