岗位描述
1 负责对新产品在项目启动阶段内：
- 可行性技术评估
- 建立物料清单
- 制定技术规范
- 图纸的设计、更改与转化
- 研发、试验和验证
2 按照APQP流程，进行产品工程变更
3 负责向客户递交：
- OTS样，包括试制和验证
- 技术类报告以及相关项目支持文件
4 优化产品设计，降低产品成本，提高客户满意度
5 ERP系统产品信息维护

岗位要求
1 要求大学本科或以上机械相关专业学历 具有三年以上汽车行业工作经验
2 英文听说写流利，能直接与外方沟通汇报工作
3 能熟练使用CATIA等计算机绘图软件
4具有团队精神并能独立工作
5有很强的动手能力及数据分析能力
6 有独立完成样件制作、试验工作经历
7 有项目管理的经验

Responsibility
1 During kick-off period of new product, be responsible for:
- feasibility review on technology
- establish material list
- make technical standard
- design, change, and transfer drawings
- R&D, testing and verfication
2 Carry on engineering modification of product according to APQP process.
3 Be responsible to sumit the following documents to customers:
- OTS sample, including prototype and test
- technical report and related supporting documents
4 optimize product designing, reduce cost, promote customer satisfactory
5 Maintain product information in EPR

Necessary requirements:
1 At least Bachelor degree majored in mechanism and three years working experience in automotive industry
2 Fluent English both in writing and oral
3 Familiar with CATIA
4 Team work spirit and be able to work independently
5 Good hands-on skill and capability of data analysis
6 Experience of independently completing prototype and testing
7 Experience of project management
