职位描述

Reports to : Account Director/Group Account Director

Main Role & Responsibilities

§ To develop larger client relationships account across multiple sectors (Design, IT Gadget, Technology and etc…)

§ Build and maintain the good relationship with all clients to ensure the smoothness of each running projects

§ Create and deliver on client development plans and strategies on the detail of projects and creative ensure we do the “Right Business” for clients time to time

§ Manage the overall day to day communication, execution and operations of existing accounts

§ Report to AD/GAD whilst working closely with the team member (AM’s and AE’s) handle account and interact with them to assess and meet their needs

§ Responsible on development of strategy planning and concept, creative layout and campaign idea, digital media and marketing plan, website production and backend operation works proposal

§ Actively participate in client presentations, discovery meetings, creative meetings, strategy planning meeting, execution and operation meetings

§ Provide professional, planned and responsive account direction within internal and external parties

§ A main contact window to external (client/vendor) communication and as a leader of the account for internal team. To lead and guide the internal team about the process of the entire workflow

§ Take lead and ownership for the client agreed revenue, targets and KPI to be achieved. To create and implement the optimization plans actively to raise the visibility and value of the company

§ To ensure execution and deliverables are met client expectations and goals, meet the tight dateline with high performance value

§ Plan and track each project to maximize the project profitability. Liaising with the team to ensure sufficient resource is allocated which able to meet project deadlines

§ Maintain all internal paperwork for the account (Cost estimates, project plans etc) and ensuring invoicing (and payments) are up to date in conjunction with Finance Department

§ Responsible on all research and reporting developments including brand review, agency review, campaign review, monthly report, consumer and market research, consumer insights and etc…

§ To ensure problem solves day-to-day account issues within internal and external

§ Assist and attend the strategy and discovery meetings for new business

Qualifications Requirements

§ 5 years professional experience in any of account management, digital marketing and media, website development, online and offline retail management, e-commerce and CRM is preferred

§ Good in planning on digital media, digital marketing, online performance tracking (ROI), ecommerce solutions and eCRM. Tmall or e-shop set up and implementation experience is well preferred

§ Knowledge of the online media business and underlying technology and research

§ Deep understanding of digital development steps and process (discovery, planning, implementation, deployment and optimisation while speaking to internal and external and execution

§ Understands and deep knowledge about multi channels media advertising such as social media, search engine marketing, rich media and mobile advertising

§ Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and English. Good in verbal communication and presentation skill with all levels

§ Experience in management of online and off-line campaign integration

§ Able to manage 3-4 people in a team with a good leadership skill

§ Background related or strong interest on gaming, music and general IT technology is preferred

§ Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills required

§ Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail

§ Has basic website technical background a plus

§ After hours work and overnight may travel required
