职位描述：

1、主要负责公司来客来访人员的接待工作；
2、负责公司各类邮件、转发工作；
3、负责商务旅行机票、火车票及酒店的订购工作；
4、相关费用的申请及核对；
5、负责办公用品的领用和库存管理，日常用品和部分项目物品采购；
6、其他上级交待的事宜；
