Job Description
1. Manage and lead both local & foreign teachers in the center, to achieve the teaching quality KPI.
2. Manages the center’s teaching resources, classroom layout.
3. Organizes weekly class preparations and facilitates meetings of teachers.
4. Does in-center curriculum training for teachers.
5. Supports the Training Manager in controlling the teaching quality, including of observing classes and evaluating teachers.
6. Plans the activity events for centers: Christmas, Halloween and New Year’s Party.
7. Does the assessment for prospective students.
8. Accomplishes weekly reports to be submitted to the Teacher Manager.
9. Required to teach classes in the center.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in English or Education related field. Teacher’s certificate is a plus.
2. Good communication skills, both writing & verbally (Mandarin & English).
3. At least 3 years working experience in kids’ English Training Center.
4. Good organization & time management skills.
5. Able to take initiative & act with a sense of urgency & integrity.
