Responsibilities:
Lead business development to achieve sales revenue target
Provide overall leadership to the project,including task assignment, supervision, and guidance of the project team.
Accountable for the analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the project
Works closely with the client to meet all proposed project performance expectations.
Utilizes CGN best practices and practitioner guidelines to deliver high-quality, branded service
Communicates effectively with other concentration and/or niche leaders to deliver the best solution for the client
Requirements:
10+ years of related experience required
Consulting business development and sales experience required
Consulting industry experience required
Manufacturing experience required
Third party logistics knowledge required
Request for Quote(RFQ)wiring experience required
Project management experience preferred
Experience with managing teams directly and indirectly for business development and to help execute solutions.
Can work independently to direct teams effectively, engenders high levels of trust and engagement through his/her leadership
Can manage team deliverables and meet deadlines across multiple engagements under his/her responsibility
Familiarity with the European business environment
Report outs to upper and middle client management
Skills:
Knowledge or experience in project management, new product development, engineering developent, product lifecycle management, collaborative demand forecasting, 3PL. RFQ writing, logistics flow modeling, manufacturing, simulation, supplier relationships, manufacturing planning process and/or supply chain projects.
