岗位职责
/ Responsibility：

1、协助销售经理完成展厅销售及销售团队的管理工作等；

To assist the sales
manager to complete the sales and team
management;

2、组织销售部例会，对销售顾问进行产品知识、销售技巧、业务流程、礼仪规范等各方面的培训及考核，并将培训内容归档；

To organize regular
meetings of Sales Department, give training of product knowledge, sales skill,
sales procedure and etiquette norms to the salesmen, and evaluate their work
performance, systematically organize the training materials;

3、协助销售经理执行公司的年度销售工作计划，营销策略的落实，实现销售目标；

To assist the sales
manager to execute the company’s, annual sales plan, implement the sales
strategy and materialize the sales target;

4、服从销售经理的工作安排，认真完成客户资源开发和内务管理工作；

To follow the sales
manager’s work arrangement, well complete the customer recourse exploitation
and internal management;

5、有关销售报表，监督各类报表的及时上报；

To make the sales
report forms and monitor the on-time submitting of various forms;

6、完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

To well complete the
other assignments from the superior management.

任职资格
/ Requirement：

1、本科以上学历，3年以上工作经验；

Bachelor degree, over
3 years working experience;

1年以上高端品牌销售的相关管理工作经验；

Over 1 year of high
end brands sales management working experience;

3、具有良好的客户服务意识，有较强的语言表达能力、沟通能力、工作协调能力和组织能力；

Excellent service
consciousness, strong expression, communication, work co-ordination and
organization ability

4、具有良好的英语听说能力，熟练使用Word、Excel、Powerpoint等办公软件；

Excellent English
communication ability, proficient in Word, Excel and PPT;

5、具有良好的团队合作意识和高度的敬业精神。

6、Excellent
team work spirit and high responsible and professional work attitude;

有汽车销售管理经验优先考虑。

Preferred with
automotive sales and management working experience.
