岗位职责
/ Responsibility：

1、负责展厅销售及销售团队的管理工作；

Responsible for the sales and team management;

2、负责执行公司的年度销售工作计划，落实营销策略，实现销售目标；

To execute the
company’s annual sales plan, implement the sales strategy and materialize the
sales target;

3、配合市场部开展品牌的推广活动；

To co-ordinate with
Marketing Department at the brand promotion events;

4、负责上海地区的相关市场活动；

Responsible for the
Shanghai Area marketing activities;

5、完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

To complete the other assignment
by the superior management.

任职资格/
Requirement：

1、本科以上学历，5年以上工作经验；

Bachelor degree, over
5 years working experience;

2、2年以上高端品牌销售管理工作经验；

Over 2 years of
premium brand sales and management working experience;

3、具有良好的客户服务意识，有较强的沟通能力、工作协调能力和组织能力；

Excellent service
consciousness, strong communication, work co-ordination and organization
ability;

4、具有良好的英语听说能力，熟练使用Word、Excel、Powerpoint等办公软件；

Excellent English
communication ability, proficient in Word, Excel and PPT;

5、有汽车或者奢侈品销售管理经验优先考虑。

Preferred with
automotive or luxury brands sales and management working experience.
