岗位职责
1、业务主管职位，为公司员工提供指导或支持，并监督员工的日常活动；
2、配合行政人事总监制定公司行政管理制度并监督执行；
3、为公司所有业务部门提供必要的办公设施及其他后勤支持；
4、负责公司车辆、设备、设施等固定资产的调配及管理；
5、负责办公室其他行政事务。

任职资格
1、本科学历，行政管理、企业管理等相关专业毕业者优先；
2、两年以上行政主管工作经验；
3、熟悉行政工作流程，办公用品采购流程，企业资产管理；
4、较强的责任心和敬业精神，良好的组织协调能力及沟通能力，较强的分析、解决问题能力；
5、熟练操作计算机，熟练使用各种办公软件。
