CitiAc Management Consultancy Limited was founded in November 1985 and incorporated in Hong Kong by Peter Cheung, a highly respected Hotel Financial Controller who has career spans over 40 years, having worked with KPMG Peat Marwick, The Mandarin Oriental Group, Peninsula Hong Kong and The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong. In 1993, Peter left The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong to devote his efforts in developing his own company. In December 2007, CitiAc Management Consultancy (Shanghai) Limited was set up in Shanghai to serve clients of bars, restaurants and other various kinds of business there.
