.Supervise QC team to do routine work, make sure of inspection quality
.Define and optimize inspection process according to customer requirment and engineers' suggestion, and monitor its implementation
.perform continuous improvement:hold weekly Kaizen meeting and do training
.Cooperate and comminicate well with releated departments, ensure inspection completed in time and in high quality
.Arrange and implement personal skill, education training plan
.Implement, maintain, improve 5S+1 activities on floor to meet company level requirement
.Perform team management:Coordinate, resolve conflicts, enhance team work; Cooperate and monitor on the recruitment and training; work with HR to complete performance review; highlight training needs
.Prepar annual calibration plan and equipment purchasing request, and perform other work
