Job Description:
Keep daily communication and maintain close relations with both overseas customers and vendors;
Assist Business Development Team in product development or sales acquire, including quotation, sample arrangement, supplier visit and etc;
Following up the whole ordering process and ensure on-time delivery with approved quality standard;
Prepare shipping and payment documents;
Following the standard system of the team in terms of sample management, file record and etc;

Job Requirement:
University degree;
Experienced in international trade will be a plus, but candidates without relevant experience will also be considered;
Willing to learn and work under pressure;
Good command in spoken & written English;
Good team player;
Willing to handle a great deal of paper works;
Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook, knowledge in SAP will be a plus;
Experienced in international trade will be a plus, but candidates without relevant experience will also be considered;
Willing to learn and work under pressure;

Good team player;
Willing to handle a great deal of paper works;
