Responsibilities:
1. Prepare Commercial Credit Report for credit approval and perform due diligence process for our customers, including spreading financial statements, compiling projections, calculating financing need, discussing with RM on improving credit structure, prepare application, prepare industry analysis, check compliance with established credit policy and guidelines, etc;
2. Closely work with RM to add good value from credit perspective and be alert of deterioration of external conditions to safeguard the loan portfolio;
3. Prepare ongoing post approval compliance report for all existing customers including financial highlights, covenants compliance check, PBOC record check, litigation issues check, risk rating review etc, record risk alert and give suggestion on account strategy if applicable.
4. Adherence to established credit policies and procedures and implement new procedures where deemed necessary to ensure the good quality of the Bank’s exposure on corporate clients.
5. Keeping abreast with market developments of the relevant industry sectors

Requirements:
1. University degree or above, major in economics, accounting, finance are preferred;
2. At least 5 years experience in credit analysis or risk management sector of commercial banking;
3. Good knowledge in various industries in the country;
4. Be accurate, methodical and organized;
5. With good interpersonal & communication skills;
6. Good analytical and problem solving skills;
7. Self-motivated and leadership;
8. Fluency in spoken and written English.
