Looking for a: senior consultant
“L-Management” is a corporate finance-consulting firm based in Shanghai. We assist our clients with: change management consulting, strategic financial reporting services and M&A/funding operations support.
Our hands-on and practical approach allow us to assist our clients through: efficient back office organization, costs optimization, human resources assessment and training, strong management tools implementation and support for due diligence or fund raising.
Based in China for over 12 years our founding Partner has handled various management positions in finance. After a successful entrepreneurship experience, she decided to set-up her own consulting firm helping local and international clients to grow their business.
Our business philosophy is definitely “boutique”: small-scale team focusing on added value tasks, tailor made approach for each client and extremely high sense of service.
Finally we believe that finance should, first of all, support business and operations. This “business-oriented” approach is the heart of our company culture and is key to ensure long-term performance for our clients.
Job description
We are looking for an experienced candidate with audit experience willing to move to a smaller scale company with a client satisfaction oriented approach taking into account personal life.
Consultant works closely with clients' management and finance department to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their financial operations including back-office realignment and reporting improvement.
The consultant will be expected to participate in delivering solution/action plan to a various client sector base. The communication skills, team spirit, synthesize information and be hands-on is a must.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree and relevant professional qualifications;
? Good knowledge on finance operational model including finance organization structure, finance control model, etc.;
? At least 3 to 6 years' experience in the execution and/or re-engineering of financial processes, could be auditor experience as well
? A consulting or Audit mind-set and experience;
? Strong analytical and creative problem solving capabilities;
? Good presentation skills;
? The ability to work directly with senior management and employees throughout client organizations;
? The ability to manage and communicate project risk and issue with mitigation and solution proposed;
? Team player;
? Able to work with flexibility due to timeline or other constraints;
? Fluency in English and Mandarin
? High skills level in Pack office suite especially Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred experience & skills:
? Knowledge or working/project experience on foreign companies, being funded companies, startup, re-engineering projects
? Professional finance consulting, audit or commercial finance management experience;
? Knowledge of financial erp systems
? Knowledge of local and foreign gaaps.
