工作职责
1. 制定有效的招聘计划，完成人员招聘工作及人员储备；
2. 组织制定、执行、监督公司人事行政管理制度；
3. 负责薪酬制度的制定和管理；
4. 负责培训计划的制定并组织安排，维护良好的员工关系；
5. 制定公司福利及活动计划并组织实施；
6. 负责公司行政管理工作：包括固定资产、车辆管理、办公用品、礼品的采买发放、会议组织等；
7. 完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

任职资格
1. 5年以上人事行政管理相关工作经验，
2. 年龄35~45岁之间，专科学历；
3. 对人事行政管理事务性的工作有娴熟的处理技巧，熟悉人事行政工作流程；
4. 具有亲和力和较强的沟通能力，协调和推进能力；
5. 熟练使用办公软件及相关的人事行政管理软件。
