JD:

? Manage sourcing (suppliers’ selection and evaluation, offers, negotiation, samples) for Water Pumps, Generators, Welders, Welding consumables, Power tools, Power Garden, Compressors and Air Tools, Hand tools and kits, PPE and Safety Wear, Household Hardware, Outdoor and Camping, small appliances and all other related categories.
? Manage projects with quality and supply chain teams to deliver new products on time.
? Arrange factory and buying trips.
? Negotiate prices, terms and conditions with vendors.
? Work with Supply Chain team to monitor open order status to ensure on-time delivery and resolve supply problems.
? Arrange Samples for client testing according to company QA/QC procedures.
? Undertake supplier management and evaluation.
? Purchasing dept management.

Skills Required:
Required: -
? Familiar with products of Generators, Powertools, Power Garden, Water Pumps, Welding, Hand tools and kits, PPE and Safety Wear, Household Hardware, Outdoor and camping, small appliances and electrical categories will be advantage.
? Strong for new product developing plan, oversee and manage all sourcing projects to assure to be launched in a time manner, maintain competitive supplier base.
? Process orientated thinking and organized working style required to manage multiple projects in a timely and controlled manner.
? Good communication skills and negotiation skills with vendors and customers (Chinese and English) in a clear manner.
? 8 years or above sourcing, purchasing and supervision or equivalent project management experiences.
? Familiar with MS Office.
? Good team leader and be able to work independent and self-motivated with sense of urgency.
? Fluent in written and spoken English.
