Manage budget & forecasting cycles and improve modeling accuracy
Provide detailed analysis on monthly results and communicate variances and key drivers to leadership and region
Work with BU and analytics teams to quantify the business impact of strategic initiatives and help drive optimal decision making through financial, quantitative and strategic analysis
Monitor key financial & business metrics on regular basis and work with analytics teams to identify the root causes of material business movements.
Assist in monthly close activities in accordance with corporate guidelines and schedules with accounting team
Progressive work experience in a relevant field, within a high growth company and with minimal supervision
Superb attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Demonstrated success in implementing and improving financial processes
Superior intellectual and quantitative analysis capabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint are necessary. Knowledge of SAP, SQL, VBA helpful but not required.
Demonstrated high energy/creativity, a relentless customer-focus, and an entrepreneurial spirit
Experience in Big Data analytics with INTERNET industry is preferred.
Bachelors Degree Required, Fluent Chinese and English, 5~10 Years of progressive work experience in finance, business analystics with good understanding of finance & accounting knowledge.
