Job Description:
- Developing and maintaining automated test programs for production of electronic systems, both on the board and system level
- Working together with production team to understand the production flow and optimize the test program
- Creating test instructions for unskilled personnel on the production floor including training and control of them
- Providing technical support directly to customers both on and off site
- Work closely with other teams including R&D, production, FAE and Sales both locally and globally

Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 3+ years working experience.
- Skilled in scripting languages, such as Python, TCL/TK, and Linux shell
- Basic understanding of hardware, such as micro controllers and related interfaces: RS-232, Ethernet, etc.
- Basic knowledge in networking protocols, such as TCP/IP
- Solid experience in software testing and debugging
- Understanding system requirements, documentation, design and implementation
- Good English communication skills in reading and writing, verbal is not mandatory but is a big plus
- Willingness to work in a multi-tasking, high pressure environment
- Strong Self-learning ability is mandatory
Good to have:
- Knowledge of AdvancedTCA technology and other PICMG standards
- Knowledge of IPMI specification
- Basic database knowledge
