Day to Day Responsibilities

· Individual contributor on projects, along with management of PEx improvement projects aimed at improving the process and technology related to fiber manufacturing equipment design, configuration and control

· Continuously support process and production performance improvements, provide equipment capabilities to achieve business goals

· Engineering share to support and improve existing fiber making process of optical fiber and support Technology Synchronization transfers from US.

· Documentation of status and issues and developing plans to resolve issues



Education & Experience

· Bachelor and /or above

· Major in Electrical, Automation or other related engineering fields




Required Skills

· Bachelor degree or above in engineering, preferably in electrical and automation

· English communication skills, CET-6 or above

· 3-5 years of working experiences in automation equipment design and installation with control & PLC software development competency

· Preferably in understanding manufacturing process control and quality control



Desired Skills

· Fluent English speaking

· Good at Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)

· Good at electrical engineering, especially in motion control

· Work experience in manufacturing environment and equipment management; Knowledge of manufacturing process control; basic knowledge of production management and Manufacturing Execution System, process/quality control and improvement tools such as SPC

· With project management experience, or team leading exposure



Soft Skills

· Strongly self-motivated

· Ability to work under pressure

· Good interpersonal communication skills
