临床研究经理：
职责：
1、发展和实施公司新药的临床研发计划；
2、管理由公司申办的I-III期的临床试验；
3、撰写临床研究方案及知情同意书、研究者手册和临床研究报告等重要的文件；
4、选择研究者和研究中心并维持良好的合作关系；
5、监督临床研究各项活动，并符合ICH指南、GCP、法规和SOPs的要求；
6、督促患者入选并确保按计划入选患者；
7、监督临床试验的实施，确保符合法规/SOP以及高质量的数据；
8、编制和管理研究经费；
9、选择和管理CRO/服务商；
10、研发项目中代表临床部门，并协调公司其它部门；
11、管理临床研究团队；
12、指派的其他工作；

资质：
1、医学学位且至少2年临床医生工作经验；
2、至少3年临床研究管理经验；
3、熟悉ICH指南、GCP和法规；
4、良好的计划、组织协调及解决问题能力；
5、良好的个人沟通能力；
6、英语流利（书写和口语），熟练使用电脑办公软件；
7、能够频繁出差。

Clinical Research Manager
Main Responsibilities:
1、Develop and implement clinical development plan for company’s new drug programs.
2、Manage Phase I-III trials sponsored by the company within quality guidelines, timelines and budget.
3、Develop clinical study protocols and other key documents including informed consent form, case report forms, Investigator Brochure, and clinical study report.
4、Identify and select investigators and study sites for clinical trials and manage external collaborations.
5、Supervise clinical trial activities in whole process following ICH guidelines, GCP, regulatory requirements, and SOPs.
6、Oversee patient enrollment and ensure trial deliverables on time.
7、Supervise conduct of clinical trials, ensure regulation/SOP compliance and data quality.
8、Prepare and manage study budget.
9、Select and manage CROs/vendors.
10、Represent Clinical function in project teams and coordinate with other functions within the company.
11、Supervise clinical research associate.
12、Other responsibilities and duties based on business needs.

Qualifications:
1、A medical degree and at least 2 years clinical practice experience in China.
2、At least 3 years industry experience with proven proficiency in clinical research management for drug development.
3、Good understanding of ICH guidelines, GCP and regulatory requirements.
4、Excellent planning, organization and problem solving abilities.
5、Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6、Proficiency in English (written and oral) and familiarity with standard IT office tools.
7、Available for travel frequently.
