Main Responsibilities:

1.Working as the QA Manager you will provide leadership to the quality control team, engineering and testing etc to ensure compliance to quality norms on multiple manufacturer while also supporting quality control at vendors/suppliers during production process.

2 Establish/maintain/improve the project quality control plan, and the involved inspection criterion
3.Conduct and push the vendor to set up the working instruction and detail product & inspection schedule.
4.Arrange/conduct/supervise the inspectors’ job, solve any inspective problems if the inspector could not handle.
5. Applicant needs product knowledge and its QA requirements , good leadership and communication skills, good knowledge regarding codes, standards, directives, and regulations, and good organizational skills.


QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
1.Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical ,Industrial Engineering or other related field.
2.Familiarity of ISO9000:2000 Quality Management Standard,SA8000, inspection process and QC tools etc
3. Over 10 years working experience in Quality Assurance field or registered auditor 10 years in Quality Certification, especially 5 years in toys or hard goods sectors in management level position
4. Management & surveillance on multiple manufacturers in accordance with ISO 9001 series “Quality Standards”

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Maintain a high level of expertise in soft & hard goods field of activity and scope of the audit, testings etc.
2. Conduct audits in order to assess weak/strong points of multiple manufacturers.
3. Fluent in English speaking and writing, travel extensively both domestic and overseas
