Summary:
This position is responsible for building and maintaining training and developing infrastructure for Altium China. Its main task includes design and implement training programs, build and maintains effective performance management programs for personnel developing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect training needs and give suggestions based on solid analysis to HR manager.
- Develop and coordinate training courses and be trainer as required.
- Training result evaluation.
- Build and maintain effective performance evaluation process.
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of performance evaluation situation.
- Training vendors management.
- Assist in selecting and maintaining suitable training vendors.
- Others projects assigned by HR manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or above.
- 3+ years relevant experience in training, developing and performance management.
- Experience in IT industry (preferable).
- Solid knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence others.
- Ability to source information from various external bodies.
- Good communication skills Both Chinese and English.
- Team work spirit.
- Stress management.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
