岗位职责：

1、与CAD段配合同步对新產品CNC程式加工策略、刀具的选择等进行检讨与设计；

2、新產品刀具开发与設計及数量确认；

3、協助生產優化CNC Cycle time；

4、协助生产进行程式路径优化，促使生产良率提升；

5、协调验证段资源对刀具参数S、F、Q及刀具寿命验证、优化及追踪。

6、处理客户投诉问题点

7、试产CPK报告分析

岗位要求：

1、机械类或工业工程相关专业，3年以上金属产品CNC工艺开发相关工作经验

2、精通CNC编程，熟悉夹具加工流程，懂刀具

3、熟悉CNC项目开发流程

4、了解stamping，forging，金属表面处理等衔接制程

5、有良好的逻辑能力、工程分析能力
