Kagari Co. Ltd. is a leading Singaporean product design and development company in the apparel and fashion accessories industry. We have an operating office in Shanghai with a team of experienced product designers, engineers and merchandisers. Kagari is expanding its product development & merchandising team and we have open positions for Product Development & Merchandisers in our Hard Lines Department.

We are looking for professionals that have the following professional skills, qualifications and experience:

· Bachelor degree with 2-3 years product development & sourcing experience in the area of watches and metal jewelry;

· Familiar with the U.S. retail market;

· Strong organizational skills;

· Excellent communication, task management and problem solving abilities

· Self-motivated, energetic, result driven and a good team player

· Fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin is imperative

· Extended vendor network preferred

· Working knowledge of MS Office (Work, Excel, Power Point) as well as proficiency in Adobe Photopshop and Illustrator preferred

As a Product Development & Merchandiser in our Hard Lines Department you will be assisting the Department Head and/or the Senior PD & Merchandiser with the following:

· Product Development;

o Travel for Product Development & Inspections Product Sourcing;

· Merchandizing Order Management;

o Purchase Fashion Accessories Products; I.e. watches and jewelry.

o Follow Up with Customer Orders Ensuring Quality Goods Are Shipped On Time

· Supplier Relationship Management;

o Supplier Identification and Qualification

o Supplier Development

o Supplier Contract Negotiation
