Job Description:

1.An integral member of the AR, Revenue and Billing function;
2.Timely issue and update of Sales record;
3.Manage debts collection and ensuring receipts are accounted promptly;
4.Monitor and follow up on AR collection process;
5.Monitor AP scenario situation in ERP, reflect and provide the solution to make sure the AP run smoothly in ERP;
6.Reconcile A/R A/P to the G/L;
7.Monthly management reporting on AP AR matters;
8.Assist in preparing weekly cash flow projection;
9.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;





Job Requirements:

1.College degree with at least 3 years related accountant working experience, related working experience in foreign enterprise or joint venture;
2.Accountant Certificate(会计上岗证);
3.Fluent in English both verbal and written;
4.Good command of MS office and accounting system;
5.Team oriented environment;
