职位描述
Principal Accountabilities:
Establish and maintain longterm and stable cooperative relations with the national-scale real estate developers,and establish of strategic cooperative partnership with them
Manage and develop the NKA business in a strategic manner to expand our share in their business, achieve the target sales turnover.
Work with Global and Regional colleagues to define and deliver the "tools" required both by NKA to enhance and differentiate service and support to project sales to deliver increased sales result
Cooperate with field sales team to well execute the NKA project at local city level, coordinate with supplychainand other relevant department to ensure the logistics and excellent customer service can be delivered to the NKA and secure it to be our core advantage. Analyze advantages and disadvantages of our products and competitors' products, integrate competitors' new products information, and regularly provide analytical reports and recommended strategies
Responsible for all NKA projects' approach, tracking, quotation for bidding and the coordination with dealers
Nature & Scope:
Measure all aspects of project business
Daily contact and regularly visit these key clients
Integrate and analyze of projects information which handle by these clients in whole China
Create sustainable relationships within and through the involved Network of Deciders
Ensure sufficient resource allocation and management attention within the Delta environment (local/regional/global)
Measure & analyze critical success factors for best practice and implement improvement processes
-Project specific content and sales materials/presenters
-Service levels i.e. Samples presentation; Guarantees, Training
- Project - Mandate/Support plans
- Product update for Project customers
- Customer relationship management
- Communication tools
Gather competitor market intelligence and report through product marketing & Group market intelligence
Effectively manage interface and pricing co-ordination between key accounts and Delta regional sales managers
Key Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years of key account experience with 3 years at managerial position in multinational environment
Strong presentable personality with good presentation skill
Proven track record in driving growth through the project management and specification process in Building products industry
Experience of maintaining high level of customer relationships
Ability to negotiate and secure major contracts working on own initiative
Highly developed technical aptitude
Knowledgeable of project management
Willingness to travel.
Basic English, Mandarin
Better Qualifications:
Ability to coach and train colleagues and subordinates
Familiar with Delta products
