岗位职责：

1、负责公司软件产品的售前、售后技术支持；

2、配合公司其它技术部门完成软件产品的基本测试和维护；

3、对机构客户进行软件产品的使用培训；

4、解决客户软件产品使用过程中的问题和答疑；

5、.协调公司其它技术部门以团队精神服务好公司客户。


岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息管理等相关专业；

2、两年以上的客户技术支持的工作经验，熟悉大型教育和培训应用软件优先；

3、良好的学习能力和语言表达能力；具有亲和力，有良好的团队意识，能够承受工作压力；

4、工作主动、积极、有责任心；

5、基本的英语阅读和书写能力。
