About the Company:
The Company is a newly established, dynamic and very potential Joint Venture between:
1) Beidahuang Rice Industry Group Co., Ltd., a member of the Beidahuang Group of Companies ('Beidahuang') and
2) CILasia, part of a group of affiliated companies in USA, Europe, Hong Kong and China. Beidahuang is one of China's largest agricultural company (State-Owned) and responsible for securing and supplying grain to China's key cities and regions. CILasia provides a domestic and international link between Processors and End-users in Agri-Commodities & Products for the FOOD, FEED, and MANUFACTURING industries.

Scope:
Report to Sales Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
1, To work out all Sales Contracts, get confirmation from both sides, and follow up the contract;
2, To arrange customer to pick up goods at warehouse, and delivery goods to customers’ plant;
3, To confirm the real delivery weight of the goods with customer;
4, To send all the customer invoice (fapiao) information to BDH NKQF Financial department, assist finance staff to issue invoice;
5, To remind and press customer to pay for the goods according to real delivery quantity and contract unit price, guarantee the payment arrival, and report to manager;
6, To confirm inventories with warehouse, and report to Manager;
7, To file out all the related documents in order;
8, To send samples to customer;
9, To translate related documents;
10, To update DDGS Position Book for RMB sales; update Pea Starch Position Book;
11, To hand in corn/DDGS daily market price and Co-product price movement;
12, To assist logistic manager;
13, Any other things allocated by GM, Commercial manager, Sales director.

10,要更新人民币销售DDGS的位置图书;更新豌豆淀粉位置图书;
11,掌握每天玉米/ DDGS的市场价格和合作的产品价格;
12,协助物流经理;
13及处理其他由总经理,商务经理,销售总监分配的任何其他事务。
Qualifications:
-Age: 24-30 years old. Chinese nationality;
-1-2 years of similar experience is preferred;
-Proactive / Self-starter and able to work under pressure;
-Computer skills: Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and Word, etc;
-Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English;
-English major TEM8 with translating experience is preferred;
-Good interpersonal skills;
-Honest, trustworthy, respectful and flexible.?
Location:
Pudong, Shanghai (Zhangyang Road / Puming Road). By foot: 10 minutes from Metro Line 9, 15 minutes from Metro Line 2 and 4.
