Warehouse coordinator
Main tasks
As coordinator of the warehouse in PEC’s Shanghai plant, you manage and supervise 2 – 3 warehouse assistants:
? Check the delivered materials for quantity, quality and transport damage
? Translate the input from the Logistics Department and delegate to the warehouse assistants
? Organize material counting and input results in SAP
? Make sure the stock is correct and administered meticulously in SAP
? Delegate the picking of the materials
? Assist in organizing the warehouse and maintain the order


Skills
? Strong affinity with Logistics and/ or Bachelor in a technical field
? Good command of Chinese and English language
? Strong organizational and people management skills
? Skilled computer user (Excel, Outlook)
? Experience with SAP is a plus
