职位描述

The Credit Collection Specialist must contact with US Corporate and should be have fluent spoken and written English.Should build trust in the product and company and maintain positive relationships with our customers. Success in this job means that the Credit Collection Specialist will work closely with all teams internally to insure smooth & effective communication with regards to accounts.


该信贷专员必须跟美国总部沟通,需要流利的英语口语,书写能力。对产品和公司建立信任并与客户保护积极的人际关系。信贷专员将与内部团队紧密工作以确保与相关客户有着顺畅和高效的沟通。

Accounting

Resolve any payment/invoicing issues with US Accounting Team and Customers

解决与美国财务团队和客户的付款/开票问题


Follow up and collection of unpaid billing from the customers

追踪并从客户处催收未付账单


Create, Generate and Print invoices from System

从系统软件内创建,生成并打印发票


Copy File & Mail out invoices

复制文件, 邮寄发票


Verify & Approve time & expense reports for trainers

为培训人员验证和批准时间及费用报告


Ensure Chinese Fa Piao is issue timely to customers

确保将中国发票及时开给客户



Administrative

Attend to phone calls promptly and professional

Handle incoming / outgoing mails & courier services

处理邮件和快递服务


Document Filings

文件归档


Perform general Ad Hoc / Administrative duties daily

Purchasing / Ordering of Stationeries, groceries etc

Other Requirements

Diploma holder in any relevant disciplines

2-4 years working experience in relevant industries

Previous credit collection experience preferred

Proficient with MS Office

熟练使用MS Office


Married with child/children preferable
