职位信息：中国籍初级建筑师

工作地点：中国，上海

职位要求：

- 建筑学本科或以上学历

- 有至少两年在外资建筑设计公司或设计院的工作经验(包含实习经验)

- 有参与大型项目的工作经验

- 对建筑设计工作有热情，热情开朗，性格积极向上

- 对工作认真负责，有团队精神

- 能够接受频繁出差

- 有熟练的设计、制图、图文技能，能熟练操作运用CAD, Revit，Photoshop, Indesign, Rhino,Microsoft Office等软件

- 英语读写流利，口语较好

工作职责：

- 参与概念设计、方案设计和扩初设计

- 将概念设计深入到方案设计和扩初设计阶段

- 设计准备工作，如考察基地、收集资料、推介项目



Junior Architect (local)

Shanghai, China

· Bachelor degree or above in architecture

· At least 2 years experience from a foreign-invested architectural firm
or a Class-A design institute including intern experience.

· Experience in participating in the design of large-scale projects.

· A passion for architecture, with a keen intellect and active thinking.

· Dedication with responsibility and a good teamwork spirit.

. Flexibility for frequent business travels

· Excellent design techniques and graphic skills. Proficiency in CAD,
Revit,Photoshop, Indesign, Rhino Office applications and etc.

· Good in English, both speaking and writing.



Duties and Responsibilities

. Participating in schematic design and design development

. Develop schematic design in to Design Development and Development Approval

. Preparation for design process, such as site visit, collecting and sorting information, presentation
