Job description:
This role will assist the CEO in daily work, including helping him with the optimization of his time, as well as dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks including:

1. Ensures effective utilization of CEO's time by maintaining his calendar, arranging appointments, responding to invitations on his behalf
2. Screens phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handles them when appropriate
3. Supports and coordinates events, ensures professional communications with external parties (clients, media…)
4. Organizes travel arrangements (visas, travel info and booking flight & accommodation…), including coordinating visitors programs and meeting presentations
5. Administers all aspects relating to the arrangement of meetings, coordinates leadership meetings, conference calls…
6. Organizes, attends and provides support during presentation or meetings
7. Carries out background research or specific projects and presents findings
8. Prioritizes, channels, and facilitates communication with the other Directors
9. Produces documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations in English/Chinese
10. More generally contributes to any task relative to the development of the agency.
