Main Responsibilities:
? Responsible for all the IT operating and administrative work in DC Songjiang.
? Coordinate all activities towards other IKEA IT departments.
? Responsible for service contracts for all IT equipment and SLA with Central IT Europe
? Attend regional regularly review meetings to follow up the standards and structure renewal, spread good example to different area.
? Secure the availability of the main servers and networks.(IBM and NT servers with cluster concept)
? Responsible to define IT security standards and educate all the DC co-workers regularly.
? Responsible to define and implement the emergency concept according the Service Level Agreement.
? Main contact point of all IT related systems and equipments.
? Reporting all IT related incidents to IT central and secure to having valid licences for all non-standard IKEA software.
? Responsible for all external access or usage of IKEA system and resource using by the third party.
? Support the Regional IT responsible to implement IKEA standard IT policies and projects. Assistant to control the local budget and feedback.

Requirement
? Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related.
? At least 3 years working experience in IT engineering or IT helpdesk.
? Experience in IT security Control, familiar with the Confidential Information Management.
? Knowledge of Business Continuity Plan, able to establish difference solutions to secure the business running under different social or environmental status.
? Experience in Microsoft systems and database product, a UNIX system experience would be preferred.
? Experience in IT integrations include Servers, cluster concept, network structure and equipment, familiar with IT cabling, telephony system patching and so on.
