? Managing the seasonal buying process for the fashion e-store according to sales budget, seasonal trends and merchandising input received from brand director
? Analyze weekly sales trend for respective cities in China and Hong Kong, category and product
? Prepare regular sales analyses and merchandising comments & report
? Ensure that seasonal change procedures are carried out every season end
? Execute plans for seasonal buying and OTB in order to meet the company business objectives
? Supervising stock level, sales performance, merchandise distribution, and reordering
? Work closely with operations, creative team and marketing team in development and executive of merchandise assortment for buying plans to maximize the sales performance
? Conduct market research for updating fashion trend
? Prepare and deliver the seasonal product trainings
? Attend buying trips when necessary
? Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors
? Managing the buying team all over the world to meet the market needs.


Requirements
? Bachelor's degree or above in fashion, business management or related disciplines
? Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in luxury/high-end fashion buying, preferably with strong focus in women's/accessories collections.

? With an established connection with Europe buying offices a strong plus
? Good market and fashion sense
? Strong numeric sense and analytical skills
? Fashion lover, mature, organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
? Good interpersonal and communication skills
? Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese with good verbal presentation skills;
? Strong computer literacy, i.e. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & etc.
