Mission of Function:

Test, inspect or analysis for the supply's quality to compliance with the corporate and related international standard requirements. Monitor and report the progress of contracted products.

Responsibility:

1. Operate the CMM.

2. Audit the supplier's manufacturing process.

3. As per the design and process's technical requirements, define the quality requirements for the products and process.

4. Verify that supplier inspection data is accurate and be sure that material or components were produced in accordance with related quality requirements. Inspect, record and report supply's quality of machining, welding and assembly as per quality procedures.

5. Provide the quality data for the non-conformance, take part in the analysis and define the Corrective and Preventive action, and implement.

6. Assist the supplier quality engineer to define the supplier quality control plan.

7. Market approach and business opportunities exploration, build customer and business.

8. Conduct necessary quality training to the supplier when demands.

9. Acquire new business opportunities/projects from responsible customers.

10. Order tracking and support of bidding & project implementation.

Requirement:

1. Operate the CMM.

2. 3+years of quality inspection related working experience, strong ability in process driven. Problem solving and analytical skills.

3. Be familiar to the project related quality control and progress.

4. Technical diploma, with an industry / mechanical education background; Basic skill for writing and reading English. IT tools and methods.
