职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Responsible for liaising with State Agents for vessel husbanding, berthing and other operational matters (North China)
? Ensure smooth operations for all port calls with minimum/no delay and containers load/discharge efficiently
? Ensure vessel ETA, ETD, load plan/confirmation and other information timely and accurately updated on system
? Ensure all monthly operational expenses are compiled and submitted to Principal and local Finance on time
? Work closely with Principal's Operation team and advise agency on schedule confirmation/change
? Direct reporting to Branch Manager
Requirements:
? Min1-2 years container ship planning/operation experience
? Experience in shipping agency operations would be an advantage
? Willing to work irregular hours
? Good inter-personal skills
? Good work attitudes, tactful and team player
? Service oriented and able to multi-task
