职位描述
Job description:
-search for Supplier through website/yellow page/exhibition/introduction from others/and other channels;
-send , sample and drawing to Supplier;
-file Supplier information in database;
-negotiate and follow up Supplier's quotation;
-send to preferred Supplier and get it returned;
-speed up Supplier to finalize tooling and first sample;
-confirm final order with Supplier on delivery time, quantity, price, etc.
-get pro-forma invoice and signed order from suppliers for prepayment;
-make sure anything is produced on time after prepayment;
-weekly follow up Supplier's producing status and keep everyone noticed;
-follow up balance payment;
-update on order, quantity, delivery time and payment status;
-Others.
工作职责：
-按计划和上级领导确定的采购方式完成材料采购任务；
-保证采购渠道的合理性，确保原材料质量，降低采购风险；
-建立供应商资料库、拓展多点采购等手段，降低材料采购成本；
-及时整理并建立完备的供应商档案，保存当年内的采购订单、技术协议、图纸、来往传真、合同、备忘录、会议纪要等有关文件；
-协调货物预付款和余款，并将有关出货文件存档；
-及时处理不合格品，保证公司不受损失；
-公司交付的其他工作。
Requirement:
-Graduate from college or above with international business or trade major;
-CET-4, fluent oral and written English;
-At least 2 years work experience on sourcing or export & import in electronic parts field;
-Strong communication and negotiation skills;
-Team work and initiative;
-Willing to have business trip frequently;
-Living in Shanghai, living location of Songjiang will be preferred.
招聘要求：
-商务或贸易类相关专业毕业，大专以上学历， 外贸行业2年以上工作经验，进出口实务知识并有一定的市场分析能力；
-英语四级以上，优秀的英语口语及书写能力， 熟练使用计算机；
-为人诚实可靠，工作认真负责。善于表达和沟通。能适应经常出差；
-有合资或外资企业工作经验者优先考虑；
-上海市户口，住松江区优先考虑；
-25-35岁。
