Job Responsibility

Build and expand business with key Chinese and International customers

• Acquire a good knowledge of TAO products and their key selling points in order to be in advising position towards customers
• Engage independently in sales meetings with local sourcing offices, OEM Partners and overseas buyers, from initial business development to closing stages of projects.
• Lead TAO factory and showroom visits to buyers – along with corporate presentations and products promotion during meetings
• Preparation of offers and samples requests; Monitor orders flow with Sales Coordinator; proactive management of customers over the phone or during synchronization meetings
• Daily coordination with the Sales administration, Supply Chain and Marketing teams based in Shanghai
• Get in depth understanding of large customers’ organization with eventual coordination with our other international sales offices
• Engagement in sales trips across China to move forward business

Job Requirement

• University Degree
• >5 years of working experience in sales environment
• Chinese native language
• Excellent level in both written and spoken English
• Positive work attitude: committed, accountable, helpful, willing to learn
• Ability to work independently with accuracy
• Ability to perform and supervise administrative tasks related to orders process
• Good project management capabilities and intercommunication skills

岗位职责

与中国及国际客户建立并拓展业务关系

1、熟悉道晟的产品及其卖点，可以为客户服务的销售理念

2、能够单独和国内采购办事处、OEM合作伙伴和海外买家开展会议，内容包括从最初的业务开发到最后项目成交的一切事务

3、带领买家参观道晟工厂和展厅，在会议中给买家做公司介绍以及推荐公司产品

4、准备报价单和客户需要的样品；与销售协调员一起监控订单进展情况；主动通过电话和会面与客户联系，管理客户

5、与上海的销售管理人员，供应链及市场部进行日常的协调工作

6、深入了解大客户的组织结构，从而能够很好的配合公司其他的国际销售办事处展开销售活动

7、通过在中国国内的商务旅行，拜访客户，有效推进公司业务发展

岗位要求

1、 本科学历

2、 5年以上销售工作经验

3、 母语为中文

4、 出色的英语听说和书写能力

5、 积极的工作态度：忠诚，有责任心，善于帮助别人，有学习意愿

6、 有独立准确工作的能力

7、 有能力处理和监督整个与订单流程有关的事务

8、 良好的项目管理和交流沟通能力
