1、根据公司的生产、订单能力，监控货物存储情况，确保货物安全存储；
Ensure goods kept safely according to the manufacture ,order capability and goods storage of
the company.
2、通过对录入单据的复查监控机制，保持ERP系统数据的准确性；
Maintain the precise statistics in ERP system by monitor mechanism for the bill of document
inserted
3、采取有效措施，保证材料库及成品库的仓储环境条件；
Take effective measure to guarantee the favorable storage environment for material and
finished goods.
4、制订材料库及成品库的管理制度和管理方法，并负责具体实施；
Formulate the management system and method for material and finished goods and responsible
for its implementation.
5、仓储部日常管理工作、团队建设及人员能力培养；
Handle the daily management in warehouse and enhance the teamwork spirit and work
capability among employees.

1)依照公司的质量方针指定本部门的管理目标并落实。
Make relevant management objective and ensure its implementation according to company's
quality policy.
2)本部门员工的培训及定期的业绩考核评估。
Assume the responsibility for the employee's training and regular evaluation.
3)协助计划及采购部门控制库存及呆滞物料的处理。
Assist the planner and I.P.O.department in controlling stock and dealing with surplus
material.
4)依照仓库的实际情况调整相关资源包括人力资源。
Adjust the relevant resources including human resource based on warehouse's actual needs.
5)组织并实施每月的定期盘点并对结果予以分析。确保物帐的准确性。
Organize and check warehouse storage monthly and analyze the outcome in order to assure
the accuracy of material account.
6)及时处理不良品及报废物料
Deal with the unqualified and scrapped material timely.

1)有三年以上电子厂管理经验,能全盘管理仓库；
more than 3 years management experience in Electronic Factory and have the ability to manage the warehouse.
2)对PMC管理有一定的认识，熟悉流程；
Familiar with the process of PMC management
3)有较强的沟通能力及应变能力，有创新思维；
Equipped with strong communication skill and strain capacity as well as innovation spirit.
4)有仓库原料、半成品、成品管理经验；
Relevant management experience regarding raw material, semi-finished product and finished product in warehouse.
5)熟练使用各种办公软件，英文读写良好；
Proficient in using various office software and good English skills both in reading and written
6)良好的团队精神及责任心。
