I. 岗位职责
1. 负责公司运行项目所做计划的损失和利润
2. 参与制定项目计划及报价书
3. 配合销售部进行合同谈判
4. 在收到销售部合同后做出项目计划
5. 组织部门完成项目计划
6. 将费用控制在计划内，并按时付款；
7. 在工期内保持与客户的沟通
8. 确保客户签收项目的每个重要阶段
9. 保管项目的所有资料
10. 协助领导创建和优化部门流程
I. Responsibilities PMO
1. Profit and loss responsible for all projects executed by company
2. Participate in development of project offer prices
3. Participate in contract negotiations together with sales department
4. Managing project after receiving contract from sales department
5. Organizing departments to execute project contract
6. Budget and cost control for the project, payment on schedule
7. Communication with customer during project life-cycle
8. Ensure sign-off from customers for key stages in every project's development
9. Ensure proper documentation for all aspects of project
10. Assist senior management in creating and up-keeping internal structures and processes
II. 任职要求
1． 大学以上学历，制冷工程专业优先，优秀的大专学历也可以。
2． 年龄在35—40岁之间
3． 至少3年以上管理相关工作经验
4． 具备相关冷库工程经验
5． AutoCAD操作熟练，且英语读写流利
6． 具备较强的团队协作能力及沟通能力
7． 工作积极主动，能承受较强的工作压力
II. Requirements
1. University degree or above, with refrigeration as preferred major or related engineering discipline
2. Age: 30~45
3. Proven project management experience of minimum 3 years is a must
4. Experience with engineering complex cold stores
5. Satisfactory Auto CAD reading-skills and some English written, reading
6. Team-player with strong communication ability with internal stake-holders as well as with external customers and partners
7. Self-motivated, full of initiative and ability to work under pressure

昆明吉洛夫斯冷藏设备有限公司Kunming Geerlofs Refrigeration Co.,Ltd成立于2005年底。2007年4月正式开业。我们的工厂座落于美丽的春城昆明。昆明分公司有专业的工程队伍，每个项目从设计到施工，均由荷兰的工程师协助完成。
