Responsibilities:
1. Understand the entire lifecycle of a project to ensure the project deliver on-time, within budget, with high quality and meets client’s expectation;
2. Serve as day- to-day management contact with clients as well as internal R&D leaders;
3. Know and understand all contracts related to the project(s) and catch up critical paths from work plan;
4. Participant project meetings as needed to provide platform for communication between project members/partners, follow up with action items, and escalate the critical issues to responsible parties and ensure proper solvement;
5. Provide necessary support for R&D group from logistics, procurement, meetings, study record, cost tracking, invoicing, QA, etc;
6. Monitor the costs of the project(s) during the execution and closure to ensure that progress is in accordance with the budget and take corrective action (i.e. change request, scope amendment).
7. Review the final deliverable of study report /results which is in line with company’s standard;
8. Timely report the project(s) progress and financial statue to management team;
9. Maintain accurate and current project records by following the document control system procedures

Requirements:
- Master above degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutics
- 2+ years of project management in relative industry would be plus. (PMP preferred)
- Proficient in Excel, word and PowerPoint
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and results driven
- Strong communication skills and team work spirit
- Fast learner with good communication skills, Attention to details, Can-do attitude.
