Key Responsibilities

1) Ensure the shift team are meeting all Environmental, Safety and Health(ESH) requirements and objectives
2) Assign the duty to all operators of his team according to production planning and supervise them.
3) Quality control on process to ensure to produce qualified product.
4) Troubleshoot problem of process and equipment, Continuously improve production productivity.
5) Responsible to set up guidelines for all personnel in the shift team.
7) Responsible for training operator.
8) Responsible for 5S of production area.

Qualifications and Requirements

1) Bachelor degree in Mechanical.
2) Have 5 years or above relevant working experience
3) Basic English spoken and written
4) Hand on and flexible
5) Good team player and strong responsibility
6) Home is in Songjiang and Willing to work in shift.
