岗位职责
1、搜集培训信息，协助制作培训资料；
2、安排和协调培训人员和场地使用时间，发放培训资料；
3、协助培训流程开展，做好培训记录并对学员意见进行收集反馈；
4、整理各项培训资料、归档及统计相关数据，维护和更新培训档案系统；
5、填写培训报表及其他报表；
6、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。

任职资格
1、人力资源或相关专业大专以上学历；
2、熟悉人力资源部门的日常工作流程，熟悉国家的劳动法规；
3、敬业、稳重、严谨，能够熟练处理琐碎复杂的日常工作，并有一定组织管理能力，普通话标准，良好的语言表达、沟通及协调能力，具备一定的文字功底，具有团队合作精神；
4、熟练使用OFFICE办公软件。
