职位描述
Job Position: Business Development
Job Responsibility:
1. Approach industry association and government channels. Get engaged in solution development for new customers.
2. Provide external and internal business environment analysis. Do competitor analysis, gap identification, and business growth strategy and tactics formulation.
3. Work with project and commercial team to prepare commercial and technical proposal during the tender phase. Support contract negotiations and close deals.
4. Visit and provide presentations to clients.
5. Provide feedback to develop service products.
6. Develop strategies for sales and marketing to achieve targeted growth and maximize market opportunities.
7. Responsibility and accountability for the commercialization of new opportunities including market identification and positioning, competitive intelligence, value propositions and strategic alliance assessments and agreements.
Job Requirement:
1. With great passion for real estate, tourism and commercial property industry.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience, confident and outgoing with a lot of Architectural contacts/connections in China.
3. This person has to be a Bilingual (English & Chinese), Chinese National worked in Architecture design industry.
4. Be able to work independently and under pressure.
5. Strong analytical thinking, communication and interpersonal skill.
6. Good paper work skill is a must.
7. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
8. MBA degree is a plus.
