岗位职责:
? 人事管理：
o 协助招聘全流程；
o 负责员工入职流程和入职培训；
o 协助员工在职培训；
o 协助离职全流程；
o 负责员工考勤；
? 行政管理：
o 负责公司年会及各类会议；
o 负责公司差旅，房租，水电，日常支出等费用管理；
o 负责安排信息技术支持；
o 负责和政府行政部门的联络；
? 其余由公司或运营经理安排的工作。
基本要求:
? 大专或学士学位，管理/文秘专业；
? 至少两年以上工作经验；
? 学习能力强，认真仔细，熟悉各类办公软件；
? 有亲和力和领导能力，良好的中英文沟通能力。
其余经验和技能：
? 有行政人事工作经验者优先考虑。
